Local moves may use hourly or job-specific pricing, as stated in your written estimate. Your inventory, access at each address, packing needs and distance help us plan the crew and work involved. Long-distance quotes also account for how much is going and how far it travels. We provide a free written estimate so you can review the work and price before booking.

Before booking, ask your coordinator how any travel time is calculated, where the clock starts and stops, and whether travel charges are included in your estimate. This helps you compare the full scope of the quote.

Our standard moving services include furniture blankets, basic furniture disassembly and reassembly, and floor and door-frame protection. Boxes, tape and specialty packing depend on the work you request. Ask your coordinator to identify which supplies and packing services are included in your estimate and which would be additional.

A deposit is due when you book, with the remaining balance due after the move is complete. Confirm the deposit amount and accepted payment methods with your coordinator before booking.

Contact us as soon as your plans change so we can check availability and review your booking terms with you. Ask about the rescheduling and cancellation terms that apply to your move before paying a deposit.

As far ahead as you can. The more lead time you give us, the more choice you'll have over the date and time that suits you best. Ideally, reach out at least two weeks before your desired move date. That said, we know advance planning isn't always possible, and we'll do our best to accommodate last-minute moves.
