The morning after a move, people should sit down and start working, not dig through boxes hunting for a monitor stand. Every workstation gets a number that matches a seat on the new floor plan, and that desk's contents, cables, and equipment travel under the same number. Furniture goes back together before we leave, so nothing sits flat on the floor waiting for a crew to return. If your staff would rather pack their own desks, we can drop off boxes, tape, and labels ahead of the date.

The server room and the file cabinets

Two things in an office carry more risk than the furniture: the equipment your business runs on and the records you are required to keep. Servers, switches, and monitors get crated and padded rather than stacked on a dolly, and we work inside the window your IT team or vendor sets, so nothing comes down before they are ready or goes back up before they say so. Run your backups ahead of the date regardless, and tell us in advance what needs to travel sealed.

Docks, elevators, and the building's paperwork

Most office moves stall on the building, not the boxes. Property managers want a certificate of insurance on file before your date, freight elevators are reserved in blocks, and dock windows are short. We sort that out in advance at both addresses, then protect the elevators, corridors, and lobbies we work through so nobody gets a bill for scuffed common areas.

Crates instead of a cardboard mountain

A weekend of office packing can leave a wall of flattened cardboard in your new lobby before anyone has found the coffee machine. Reusable crates from EcoBins skip that entirely. We work out counts with them department by department, get the crates onto your floors several days ahead of the date, and let people fill their own during the workday instead of staying late. We install furniture and fixtures for hotels working toward an opening or a floor refresh, and we take on relocations for housing programs and government offices, where access rules and paperwork matter as much as the trucks. Walk us through the space, in person or on a video call, and we will count the workstations, look at the elevator and dock access at both ends, and come back with a written scope and a real number.
