If you have the manufacturer's dimensions or weight, share them with the coordinator; otherwise explain what you know so the team can arrange the assessment.

Plan every doorway and turn

The route matters as much as the room. Show us stairs, landings, doorways, elevators and the path to the loading area at both ends. Describe steps outside the building and any tight turns. Access that requires unusual equipment or arrangements must be reviewed before the job is booked.

Give it a place in the new home

Choose the intended position before delivery and make sure the route is clear. The team will review protection, any necessary preparation and agreed placement with you. If tuning or other piano work is needed, arrange it with your chosen piano technician and confirm that work separately from the moving booking.

One instrument or part of the household move

Tell us whether the piano is the whole job or part of a larger relocation. Include it in the inventory early so the crew, time and handling are planned together. Your written estimate should identify the piano work, access requirements and any additional arrangements agreed with your coordinator.
