Share the vehicle or container size, inventory and any especially large pieces before the appointment. We can plan the order of loading and discuss the blankets, straps and other supplies needed for your load. Confirm which materials the crew will bring and which you will provide so everything is ready when the work starts.

Unloaded where you need it

Have a simple room plan ready at the delivery address. Show the crew where the main pieces belong and label boxes by room so unloading can follow that plan. If you need basic furniture reassembly or help unpacking, include those requests when booking so the appointment allows for the extra work.

Match the crew time to the delivery window

Confirm when the truck or container will actually be accessible before reserving labor. Tell us about elevator bookings, loading areas, stairs and long carry distances. If the transport provider changes its arrival time, contact your coordinator promptly to review the labor appointment and any scheduling terms.

One clear scope before the first lift

Review the crew size, expected work, minimum booking, travel charges and supplies in your written estimate. Identify pianos, safes and other unusually heavy pieces separately so they receive the right assessment.
